How we can help

Growing capacity through complex transitions

Our developmental workshops give parent, leader, and community groups hands-on ways to strengthen their capacity, wellbeing, and confidence during the complex transitions of mid-life.

Through interactive exercises, real-life scenarios, and guided reflection, participants learn strategies they can apply immediately to manage challenges, make decisions with clarity, and navigate change more effectively.

Grounded in adult development theory, positive psychology, sustainable leadership, and relational frameworks such as Transactional Analysis, these workshops blend insight with real-life application.

Workshop Themes

The evolving parent

A practical, reflective workshop that explores how adults grow through stages of meaning-making, identity, and capacity. Participants learn why mid-life transition feels so complex and how developmental principles can support better decision-making, resilience, and perspective-taking at home and in community settings.

Communication that connects

A highly engaging session that introduces the Parent–Adult–Child model of Transactional Analysis, helping participants identify unhelpful interaction patterns and shift towards more open, empowering communication. Ideal for improving relationships across families, workplaces, and multicultural community groups.

Sustainable leadership for home, work and community

This workshop applies sustainable leadership principles to the realities of mid-life parenting. Participants explore capacity, boundaries, emotional labour, and the skills required to lead without burning out. It bridges personal wellbeing with community impact, helping parents lead with clarity, steadiness, and purpose.

Less doing, more being

A restorative, insight-rich workshop that helps parents slow down, reset, and reconnect with themselves. Grounded in mindfulness, breathwork, yoga philosophy, and adult development principles, this session explores why mid-life often becomes a cycle of over-doing — and how shifting into being can expand capacity, clarity, and emotional steadiness.

Ready to embrace complexity?

Lisa and I initiated and developed a content strategy and ideation workshop for a large client. The project was focused on educating the client, initiating strategy development and facilitating creative ideation - Lisa’s approach was a joy to observe and learn from. She is focused, methodical and consistently leads from human insight. A gifted strategist and communicator, Lisa is calming yet engaging and explains her ideas with great passion.
