Working with Lisa
When you work with Vantage Proof, we establish a clear and professional partnership grounded in purpose, trust, discretion and ethical practice. Whether the engagement involves an individual leader, a leadership cohort or the wider organisation, we align on the questions that matter, the outcomes being sought and the appropriate boundaries around confidentiality and organisational insight.
Our work looks beyond capability and visible performance outcomes to understand what is strengthening or constraining the capacity to lead, adapt and perform sustainably.
Using the Creating Conditions for Capacity™ framework, we examine the interaction between three critical lenses:
• Self: how leaders and people are functioning
• System: the organisational conditions shaping capacity
• Change: the cumulative demands the organisation is being asked to absorb
This distinction matters because organisations do not always have a capability problem. Capable people may be operating within conditions that make clear thinking, sound judgment, coordination, recovery and sustainable performance increasingly difficult.
Our approach combines evidence-informed assessment, organisational insight, coaching psychology, positive psychology and change theory. We help leaders identify emerging pressure and risk, understand what may be deteriorating beneath current performance and determine where leadership attention and intervention will create the greatest value.
Organisational consulting translates evidence into strategic clarity. It helps executive teams distinguish symptoms from underlying conditions, identify priorities and make more informed decisions about where to act.
Leadership capacity coaching provides a confidential space for leaders to understand how they are functioning within those conditions. It strengthens the clarity, self-trust, adaptability and judgment required to navigate complexity and shape healthier conditions for others.
These services can be engaged separately or work together as part of a broader capacity strategy. Coaching is one potential intervention, not the predetermined solution. Where other expertise is more appropriate, we can help organisations identify the right pathway or specialist support.
The goal is not simply to produce insight or improve performance in the short term. It is to turn earlier signals into better decisions, targeted interventions and organisational conditions that enable performance to be sustained.
Capacity first. Performance sustained.
