This work is developmental. It works with how leadership capacity evolves in midlife, rather than applying outdated performance models.
We draw on frameworks and theories such as PERMA, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) to foster holistic wellbeing and personal development across life stages.
